Harvard Blavatnik Fellow Richard Horgan featured in NBC’s TODAY Show
NBC’s TODAY Show profiled 2018-2019 Harvard Business School Blavatnik Fellow in Life Science Entrepreneurship, Richard Horgan and his fight to find a cure for his brother, Terry, who suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. As a Blavatnik Fellow, Richard worked with many leading scientists to help advance therapeutic processes while raising awareness for the disease. Through his nonprofit charity, Cure Rare Disease, Richard is currently working with a Yale geneticist using the gene editing technique, CRISPR, to create a cure for DMD.
