Furthering healthcare and medical practices

Advancing science and healthcare by supporting the next generation of medical professionals to discover breakthroughs in clinical care.

The Foundation has sought to advance women’s health research through the establishment of new institutes, and bring drug therapies to market by awarding translational research projects. Through the Blavatnik Therapeutics Challenge Awards at Harvard Medical School, the Foundation has accelerated therapeutics research at the school and its affiliated hospitals, helped investigators navigate the intricacies of intellectual property development and licensing, and spurred the creation of new companies.
