Since 2019, the Foundation has funded a joint program with the National Academy of Sciences and The Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities to support annual national scientific conferences and lectures in Israel and the United States on topics of scientific interest.

The New York Academy of Sciences
Launched in 2007, the Blavatnik Awards for Young Scientists in the U.S., UK, and Israel identify and celebrate the innovative achievements of postdoctoral and faculty-level scientists aged 42 and younger working at an academic or scientific institution in those countries in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences & Engineering or Chemical Sciences. To date, 392 scientists and engineers have been recognized with $14 million awarded in unrestricted prize money.

Prostate Cancer Foundation
The Foundation has supported the Prostate Cancer Foundation by providing funds for two new centers of excellence that provide precision medicine treatment to US veterans with prostate cancer. The Blavatnik Family Foundation Precision Oncology Center of Excellence in New York City opened in 2020.
